Greenflash AI, Inc. values your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information gathered through our services.

Information we collect
We primarily provide Services to businesses ("Customers") who use Greenflash to analyze user interactions with their products. Customers may choose the data sent to us, which could include personally identifiable information ("PII") or anonymized data from their end users ("End Users"). Types of information we may collect:
- End User Data. Conversations, interaction metadata, user identifiers, and other data provided by Customers related to their users.
- Customer Data. Business contact information, account details, billing information, and usage data. For purposes of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, Customer Data also includes End User Data.
- Technical Data. IP addresses, browser information, cookies, and session information used primarily for authentication and product analytics.

Use of information
We use the collected information solely to provide and improve our Services, including:
- Performing analytics on conversational data.
- Offering proactive suggestions and automatic updates, subject to explicit approval.
- Improving the accuracy and performance of our models and services.
- Customer support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

Data sharing
We do not sell or share Customer or End User data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose data to service providers to assist us with data processing essential to our operations; with certain third-party LLM providers when explicitly authorized by our Customers; and as required by law or legal process.

AI and model training
- End User data is not used to train Greenflash's AI models without authorization.
- We may use anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate data to improve and train our AI models, such as optimizing suggested prompts based on overall usage metrics.

Data security
We employ appropriate technical and organizational security measures consistent with the sensitivity of personal data we process. However, methods of transmission and storage of personal information are not perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention
We retain Customer Data only as long as required by the Customer. Data deletion or specific retention requests are honored promptly upon request.

Cookies
We use cookies for authentication and analytics. We do not use third-party marketing cookies.

International data transfers
Greenflash is located in the United States and processes personal data in the United States. We will execute appropriate data transfer documentation as requested by Customers whose End Users may be subject to other data protection laws.

Children's privacy
Our Services are not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly collect data related to minors. We are not responsible for data provided by Customers who collect data from minors.

Your rights
Customers control their End User data and may restrict visibility within Greenflash. End Users may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion, portability, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information.
End Users should contact the business to whom they disclosed their data to exercise rights. Greenflash supports Customers when their End Users exercise privacy rights. For assistance, contact [email protected].
